Motonica P8.0R 08 1/8 scale 4WD Part #: 00-007 After a successful 2007 season, which included numerous worldwide victories as well as placing in the final of the IFMAR worlds, Motonica brings to market the P8.0R 2008, the update of the top model, P8.0R.

 

		The tests made by our drivers, as well the performance achieved in races, have confirmed the highest competitiveness level of the P8.0R 2008.   The 08 version of the P8.0R shares the same suspension geometry and over 85% parts remain the same. The most remarkable updates, producing important improvements in terms of quality, performance and reliability are:   • New chassis, with modified central area to improve the handling and to house both AAA or 2/3A receiver batteries • New fuel tank, designed to allow all engines to perform at max power on all types of tracks • New upper tray, compatible with the new tank and now pre-drilled for a personal transponder • New front bulkheads and shock tower for increased stiffness and improved accessibility • New rear body mount, together with new carbon fiber guiding plate, for increased stiffness and durability

Moreover, the full kit has been improved in its general quality, among them the most evident:   • New clutch materials • New one-way bearings, highest quality • New color instruction manual, with simplified assembly phases   An upgrade kit is also available for P.80R owners. The kit includes chassis, carbon fiber radio tray, front shock tower, front bulkheads, fuel tank, tank mounts, rear body mount plate, rear body mount guide in carbon fiber, carbon fiber upper tray. If you already own the P8.0R you can upgrade fully or upgrade partially. The 08 bulkheads will fit the previous chassis, provided you also use the 08 tower. The 08 fuel tank can be fitted on the previous chassis, but you must also install the upper tray. Finally, the 08 rear body mount and guiding plate are a direct fit.
